About Kitti Mullins

After moving to Charleston from Charlotte, NC, Kitti sold real estate in Historic downtown Charleston, where she also resided. She then moved to Wild Dunes on the Isle of Palms over 20 years ago and specialized in luxury island and resort properties.

Kitti loves her career and the area where she lives and works. “There is no other location like the Charleston area,” she says. “It offers European flavor with all the cultural benefits. We have all sports such as fishing, boating, tennis, golf - not to mention beaches - all within about 20 minutes of each other!”

Kitti’s real estate credentials attest to her commitment to the profession. She is a Graduate-Realtor Institute (GRI), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Certified Buyer Representative (CBR), Worldwide Recreation and Resort Council (RRC), and Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) candidate. She holds an active Real Estate Broker’s license in both North Carolina and South Carolina.

When she isn’t busy helping her clients, Kitti devotes her energy to her family and church. Her family includes her husband, Mike, adult children, four grandchildren and a cat. She is active in foreign mission programs within her church and has been on a number of mission trips to Honduras and Haiti. She enjoys reading, cruising and traveling to exotic places.
