About Kitti Mullins

Kitti worked in the group tour & cruise business before starting her real estate career. She received her North Carolina Real Estate license in Charlotte, NC, but continued to work as District Sales Manager for a Miami based cruise line until she moved to Charleston, SC.

After living and selling real estate in Historic downtown Charleston, she moved to Isle of Palms and specialized in luxury island and resort properties. When Tides on Charleston Harbor was in the planning stage, Kitti was onsite to help with the presale of those luxury condominiums.

Kitti loves her career and the area where she lives and works. “There is no other area like the Charleston area,” she says. “It offers a European flavor with all the cultural benefits, and we have all the sports like fishing, boating, many golf courses, and beaches… all within about 20 minutes of each other!”

Kitti’s real estate credentials attest to her commitment to her profession. She is a Graduate-Realtor Institute (GRI), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Certified Buyer Representative (CBR), Worldwide Recreation and Resort Council (RRC), and Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) candidate. She holds an active Real Estate Broker’s license in North Carolina and South Carolina.

When she isn’t busy helping her clients, Kitti devotes her energy to her family and church. Her family includes her husband, Mike, adult children, four grandchildren, and three cats. She has been active in foreign mission programs at church and has been on a number of mission trips to Honduras and Haiti. She enjoys reading, cruising, and traveling to exotic places.
